Mechanical and Electrical Designer: We are fast growing Engineering Design, Drafting and consulting firm looking for an appropriate highly motivated  professional who is well conversant with Autodesk Revit© and AutoCAD©. Please apply if you have similar skill and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact with the clients and other members of the engineering team for project requirements.
• Prepare construction specifications and Project Deliverables.
• Prepare, Review and interpret MEP design works to prepare Construction Documentation.
• Carry out day to day task related to engineering calculation, design, drafting  and Autodesk software updates and standard.
• Field services and review  works- conduct technical analyses of survey and field data for MEP or other information and prepare reports.
• Collect Data from site inspection and generate construction Documentation using Revit© and or AutoCAD©.

Experience:

3-5 Years Engineering (preferably HVAC and Building Services). Must be  Canadian permanent resident, Conversant  with National Building Code, Fire and Electrical code. Working experience dealing with ASHRAE 62.1-2016, NECB-2020 and NFPA-96.

• Autodesk REVIT©-Must have

• AutoCAD©-Must have

• Position: Full Time -Permanent: Monday to Friday 35-40 Hrs./week

•  Work Environment: Office Job seating mostly work using  Computer Software  occasionally visiting  Site.
